SUBMISSION

Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the online manuscript submission system. Only electronic Latex or Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) files can be submitted. Submissions by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted. The submitting author takes responsibility for the manuscript during submission and peer review.

Terms of submission

Manuscripts must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are only being considered by this journal. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is also the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure that the article has all necessary institutional approvals. Only an acknowledgment from the editorial office officially establishes the date of receipt. Further correspondence and proofs will be sent to the author(s) before publication, unless otherwise indicated. It is a condition of submission that the authors permit editing of the manuscript for readability. All inquiries concerning the publication of accepted manuscripts should be addressed to editor@acadres.com. All submissions are bound by ACADRES's terms of service.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTES FOR MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

In accordance with academic and professional protocols, ACADRES cannot accept an article if it is not the author's original work, or has been published before, or is currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. If the author has formal written evidence of the rejection or withdrawal of the article from the original place of submission, then he/she may submit the same or substantially similar article that article had previously been under consideration with another publisher or journal .

The article must not contain any libelous or unlawful statements or in any way infringe the rights of others. All authors must declare they have read and agreed to the content of the submitted article.

ETHICAL GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

When you submit a paper to ACADRES, you are confirming that you have read these ethical guidelines, agree to the contents and have taken any appropriate actions.

Content

By submitting a paper to ACADRES, it is understood that all authors have thereby declared that they have read and agree on the content of the submitted paper.

Ethics

Submissions may be rejected by ACADRES Editorial Office if it is felt that the work was not carried out within an ethical framework.

ACADRES adheres to the principles outlined by COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics.

CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS

Authors must declare all relevant interests that could be perceived as conflicting. Authors should explain why each interest may represent a conflict. If no conflicts exist, the authors should state this. Submitting authors are responsible for coauthors declaring their interests. Authors must make a declaration in their paper of all potential competing interests involving people or organisations that might reasonably be perceived as relevant.

Examples of competing interests include, but are not limited to, financial, professional and personal interests such as:

Research grants (from any source, restricted or unrestricted)
Relationships (paid or unpaid) with organisations and funding bodies including non-governmental organisations, research institutions or charities
Membership of lobbying or advocacy organisations
Personal relationships (i.e. friend, spouse, family member, current or previous mentor, adversary) with individuals involved in the submission or evaluation of a paper, such as authors, reviewers, editors, or members of the editorial board of an ACADRES journal
Personal convictions (political, religious, ideological, or other) related to a paper's topic that may interfere with an unbiased publication process (at the stage of authorship, peer review, editorial decision making or publication).

PLAGIARISM

Plagiarism is the use of other's published and unpublished ideas or words (or other intellectual property) without attribution or permission, and presenting them as new and original rather than derived from an existing source. We at ACADRES’S JOURNALS, strongly discourage and against this ruthless act. If found guilty, to any extent, ACADRES’S JOURNALS will fight for Plagiarism. Self-plagiarism refers to the practice of an author using portions of their previous writings on the same topic in another of their publications, without specifically citing it formally in quotes.

Plagiarism in any form constitutes a serious violation of the principles of scholarship and is not acceptable. Examples of plagiarism include:

1. Word-for-word copying of portions of another's writing without enclosing the copied passage in quotation marks and acknowledging the source in the appropriate scholarly convention.

2. The use of a particularly unique term or concept without acknowledging the original author or source.

3. The paraphrasing or abbreviated restatement of someone else's ideas without acknowledging that another person's text has been the basis for the paraphrasing.

4. False citation: material should not be attributed to a source from which it has not been obtained.

5. False data: data that has been fabricated or altered in a laboratory or experiment; although not factually plagiarism, this is clearly a form of academic fraud.

6. Unacknowledged multiple authors or collaboration: the contributions of each author or collaborator should be made clear.

7. Self-plagiarism/double submission: the submission of the same or a very similar paper to two or more publications.

FUNDING STATEMENT

Authors must state how the research and publication of their article was funded, by naming financially supporting body(s) (written out in full) followed by associated grant number(s) in square brackets (if applicable).

If the research did not receive specific funding, but was performed as part of the employment of the authors, please name this employer. If the funder was involved in the manuscript writing, editing, approval, or decision to publish, please declare this.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the manuscript before the references. Anyone who made a contribution to the research or manuscript, but who is not a listed author, should be acknowledged (with their permission).

PEER REVIEW

All submitted articles are subject to assessment and peer review to ensure editorial appropriateness and technical correctness. In order for an article to be accepted for publication, the assigned Editor will first consider if the manuscript meets minimum editorial standards and fits within the scope of the journal. If an article is within scope, then the Editor will ideally solicit at least two external peer reviewers (whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors) to assess the article before confirming a decision to accept. Decisions to reject are at the discretion of the Editor.

COPYRIGHT

The author must be the owner of the copyright and be entitled to sign the Author Copyright Agreement. In submitting an article, the author complies with these conditions. In addition, the publisher reserves the right to re-referee and/or reject an accepted paper if the paper does not meet the criteria outlined in the review form or if the paper is in some other way deemed possibly unsuitable. If the author wishes to abandon the review process or remove his/her article from elsewhere in the system before publication, the article must be formally withdrawn in writing before it can be submitted to another journal. Non-compliance with any of the above conditions may result in sanctions.

The use of general descriptive names, trade names, trademarks, and so forth in this publication, even if not specifically identified, does not imply that these names are not protected by the relevant laws and regulations. The submitting author is responsible for securing any permissions needed for the reuse of copyrighted materials included in the manuscript.

While the advice and information in this journal are believed to be true and accurate on the date of its going to press, neither the authors, the editors, nor the publisher can accept any legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be made. The publisher makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the material contained herein.

APPEALS

Authors may appeal if they feel that the decision to reject was based on: i) a major misunderstanding over a technical aspect of the manuscript, or ii) a failure understand the scientific advance shown by the manuscript. Appeals requesting a second opinion without sufficient justification will not be considered. To lodge an appeal, please contact the journal by email, quoting your manuscript number. Appeals will only be considered from the original submitting author.
